Easy Mounting and Wiring    MS-New series contactors, starters and relay can all be mounted on DIN rail (35mm wide).  For easy wiring, coil terminals of those are arranged on upper side of contactors, moreover distance between center of the rail and coil terminals are unified to 38.5mm.

Easy Inspection    Contacts can be inspected easily by removing the arc cover.

Built-in Surge Absorber    Models of built-in surge absorber for coil are available by option. (S/SD-N[][](CX)SA, SR/SRD-N[](CX)SA)

Save Space and Coil Consumption    The volume, mounting area and coil consumption have been reduced for contactors of 20A class (S-N20/N21).

Improvement of Electromagnet    Using of spiral kick-out spring improves the motional balance of moving parts, reduce bouncing, lengthen core life and generally stabilize core movement.    Efficient electromagnet has been attained by modern engineering of electromagnetic analysis with a computer.  The contactor capable of withstanding voltage drops of up to 35% (at closing of contact).

Front Clip-on Auxiliary Contact Blocks    Blocks with standard 2-pole or 4-pole contact and low level signal contact are available.

Side Clip-on Auxiliary Contact Blocks    One touch mount, fixed by spring force.

UN-ML11 (for contactors S-N10, -N11 and SD-N11) has 2NC (two normally closed) contacts for electrical interlocks.
